Hydraulic Control Panels

We design and build Hydraulic Control Panels according to internationals standards and project specifications. All panels are designed in 3D using Autocad Inventor software, allowing us to carry out blast and lifting calculations during design. If P and ID drawings for return lines are supplied, we can also provide pipe-run calculations to indicate flow rates and cycle times. The majority of our panels are used in ESDV control applications, however we have capability to design for all industries.


Wellhead Control Panels (WHCP)

Wellhead Control Panels are required to interface often remote control systems with API6A wellhead equipment at the well. They can include a hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), or simpler designs include local controls only, with dump tanks and manual override hand or air-driven pumps in case of loss of power at the well.


Hydraulic Power Units (HPU)

We design and build a huge range of bespoke Hydraulic Power Units, used in both general industry and the energy sector. HPUs are custom designed for the application including oil volumes, accumulation, temperature management and oil type. They can also be designed into a framework so that they can be lifted into position as a module.

High Integrity Pressure Protection Skids (HIPPS)

HIPPS protect systems from overpressure. They consist of dual redundant actuated valves and control systems, 2oo3 pressure transmitters and a Logic Solver, all mounted to a skid base. The system is delivered fully assembled and tested and certified to the relevant SIL standard by our in-house Functional Safety Engineers.

Process skids

We are able to design and build process skids. This skid is for the polymer processing industry including valves, instruments, pipework, skid base and installation. All designed, built and tested at our facility.

Pneumatic panels

As well as our experience in designing and bolding hydraulic panels and systems, we are equally skilled at producing pneumatic panels, mainly for valve control in the energy sector.

Self contained Power Units

For remote installations, actuated valves can be operated using a manual hand-pump and then latched in the open position using pressure sensing devices. In the event of a process disruption (such as over-pressure), the pressure pilot trips and the valve is driven to safe state by its actuator.

Accumulator racks

We design and build accumulator racks for hydraulic systems. They consist of bladder accumulators or piston accumulators as well as Nitrogen back-up tanks and all associated instrumentation - all packaged in a framework for lifting and installation. Frames are welded by coded welder and can be supplied with lifting calculations as well as being painted to appropriate project standards.

Hydrostatic test rigs

We design and build Hydrostatic Test Rigs for testing process equipment such as Valves. These systems are custom designed for the application with multiple pressure outputs and measuring devices being used for shell tests, seat leakage tests etc.Systems are typically driven by air pumps which can comfortably generate 1,000 bar+
